The New Work Reality

Only every second 25-year-old in Australia has a full-time job. What can we do about it? Research by AlphaBeta and the Foundation for Young Australians show four factors can help young people find full-time work faster: developing enterprise skills (17 months faster), working aside education or training in a paid job relevant to the desired career (12 months faster), working in a future growth industry (5 months faster) and having an optimistic mindset (2 months faster).
