Learning & Development

We pride ourselves on our learning and development programme.

It consists of three broad areas:

Formal Training

All AlphaBeta consultants have an orientation week when they first join the firm. This includes basics in Excel modelling and PowerPoint, and also training in AlphaBeta’s problem solving process. After that, there are ongoing training on key topics such as interpersonal skills and leading teams, which are matched to each consultant’s level to ensure there are skills that can be easily applied in their day-to-day work.

Mentoring

Each consultant is appointed a mentor who is there to guide them and provide informal advice.

On the job coaching

The main form of coaching and development is during your actual engagements. The Engagement Managers and other team members will actively work with you on a set of development goals and provide regular feedback.
