Here's a brief list of the pros and cons of internet dating. If you thought about it hard enough, you could probably figure these pros and cons yourself. But for you lazies out there, we'll make it easy and do the thinking for you.

Pros:

Efficiency: The best part of meeting girls at online dating sites is how efficient it is. You can meet girls in your spare time. If you're in your boxers watching TV at home, you can surf the site for your next date. Also, if a girl agrees to see you in person, she's generally fairly interested. You skip over a lot of the initial BS since most of that is taken care of if she just answers your first e-mail.

Variety: If you seem to be always meeting the same type of women through your social network, internet dating is a good option for you. There are a wide variety of women at these sites, so you can pick and choose based on the type of girl you're looking for.

Anonymity: If you decide to do some hogging, you can much easier keep your friends from knowing you fooled around with that fattie if you met her on the Internet than if you met her at a bar.

Excitement: Internet dating is different and can give you a new sort of dating rush. If you've already mastered the standard dating scene, internet dating can give you a new form of conquest.

Multiple Women: It's much easier to date multiple women at a time if you met them randomly on the Internet than attempting to do so through your social network.

Cons:

Embarassment: Some people are embarrassed to admit they joined a dating site. These are generally beta males that aren't getting laid anyways, as most alpha males appreciate the efficiency of internet dating.

Cost: Dating sites cost money. It's as simple as that.
